As a medical professor, it is important to provide assignments that not only evaluate student performance but also prepare them for real-world scenarios. In this two-part assignment, students will be tasked with proposing a change in nursing model or care delivery that aligns costs, quality, and health to support patient care across the continuum. The students will also have the opportunity to present their proposed solution to an administrator and receive feedback. This assignment will allow students to practice presentation skills and provide specific information for their proposed changes.
