When you are developing a project plan from your business plan, the constant change can be difficult for your team to understand and get on board with. Management of team dynamics during project implementation can improve productivity. A project manager should be communicating with staff and find out what they need to get their jobs done (Jones,2019). Communication with stakeholders allows them to feel like their voices are being heard in the project management process. Lastly, as a manager deadlines are crucial for communication and the success of the project plan. “Ensuring you plan your project timeline against a budget spend is a critical path to deliverability”(Jones,2019). Many business plans include sections about the budget and this needs to be carried over in the project plan. Your role as the project manager is to ensure that the budget is being managed and often that is avoided with a structured timeline.
