In terms of accomplishments, I successfully achieved my goal of effectively establishing rapport and building strong relationships with patients. I consistently demonstrated empathy, active listening, and clear communication skills when interacting with patients, which helped create a comfortable environment and foster trust. Additionally, I effectively utilized my clinical reasoning skills to assess patients, formulate comprehensive care plans, and make appropriate clinical decisions.
